It takes a touch of a genius and a lot of courage to move in the opposite direction.” This saying could have a profound meaning to you, who will go gaga over the global gas industry.

As the World Gas Conference 2012 is set to become one of the most important events of the year, we bring you a new element to the table – a Strategic Panel  featuring the Plenary Youth Roundtable Forum. This first plenary session will focus on profiling the leadership role of Youths in solving the most pressing issues in the global gas industry with regard to Talent Crunch that is confronting the industry. Selected Youth leaders from around the world will come together in a serious dialogue with industry captains on global issues  and concerns, uncover the underlying barriers Youths around the world face in tackling talent and human capital  issues and shaping the future strategic direction of the global gas industry.

You will have the opportunity speak up on the role of future talents needed to meet the mounting challenges of the gas industry. Can the global gas industry attract top scientific and engineering talents  who can contribute and help the industry to scale new heights? Or will the global gas industry lose its competitiveness and appeal  to Youths to other competing industries?
